All of the little graduates put on the cutest show. They sang several songs complete with actions and funny lyrics in order to demonstrate the things they've learned. Landon's teacher, Miss Jenny, even supplied the grads with caps and gave them all a diploma and a handmade scrapbook personalized for each kid. I can't believe this means Landon will be starting kindergarten in the fall!

Each of the grads had a job or a speaking part. Landon's was to bring the American flag to the front and lead everyone in the "Pledge of Allegiance". He's known the pledge by heart for a long time and I've been making him practice it just in case. When it came time to do it, he did a perfect job getting and holding up the flag and telling everyone to begin, but he just stood silent the entire time while the rest of us recited the pledge. Oh well:)

We celebrated afterwards with dinner at Won Won Wok (Landon's choice) and this cute cake we ordered.
Congrats Landon. We are so proud of you!!
